I placed my order before the Chinese holiday. Jennie assured me that she would send the tracking information before they went on holiday, she didn't. Then she continued to tell me, "I will send today" for over a month. When I finally get some information, the order showed up at Amazon warehouse before I could enter tracking information. If you sell FBA then you know what colossal error this is. I do not recommend working with Jennie. Apparently, customer service ends when they receive your full payment.
